A Flavorful Journey Through India, Pakistan & The Mediterranean
Founded in 2017, Madistan is a family owned, counter service restaurant serving Pakistani and Indian comfort food in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin. Operated daily by a husband and wife team, the husband manages day to day operations while the wife leads the kitchen and cooks the dishes she’s perfected over years at home: deep, slow cooked flavors, warm spices, and generous portions prepared throughout the day.
We’re casual and welcoming, with ordering at the counter and plenty of grab and go convenience, but we don’t do “fast food.” We make real food, prepared with care, patience, and pride. Our menu brings together South Asian favorites alongside Mediterranean and vegetarian choices, plus a few American style staples so everyone finds something they love.
